Terms and conditions of sale between the buyer (you) and the seller (we) formerly identified as Deja Enterprises Limited (a company registered in the United Kingdom)
The online shop with internet address of www.magneticoptions.co.uk belongs to us and we (Deja) are the official party whom you are dealing with.
Privacy and security:- When ordering from us you are using the secure service of our service provider. Your personal information is retained only for our own use in dealing with your order and will not be made available to third parties.
Information concerning goods for sale:- Every care is taken to ensure that prices, descriptions, measurements, colours and other information are correct. Any descriptions, measurements or colours given are to be treated as sufficiently accurate for their purpose and not absolute.
Prices for goods:- The prices payable for any goods are as applicable at time of ordering and in pounds sterling (GBP). E&OE. We reserve the right to alter prices whenever this is deemed appropriate.
Shipping / Postage & packing:- Delivery charges apply to goods purchased and such charges are clearly shown at time of ordering. Should any special surcharges apply you will be informed (by email) and you will be able to cancel your order if you do not agree to any such surcharge.
Payment for goods:- We accept payments only via the methods offered by our web-site at time of purchase. We participate with the global and secure PayPal electronic payments system and accept card payments for all credit and debit cards processed by PayPal. Alternatively, you can opt to pay by cheque (UK bank accounts only).
Despatch of goods:- We do not despatch any goods until the associated payment has been cleared.
Delivery and part-shipment:- We shall endeavour to deliver goods ordered as soon as possible but we are not obliged to deliver to any specific deadlines. The method of delivery is purely of our own choosing. For an order which involves more than a single item we may ship goods either in a single shipment or in any number of part-shipments as we deem appropriate.
Non-availability of goods:- Goods are sold subject to availability. If we cannot deliver any goods to you within 30 days from date of payment we will inform you (by email) and you will be able to cancel such goods from your order or agree to later delivery.
Withdrawal of goods for sale:- We reserve the right at any time and for any reason to withdraw from sale any goods. If you have on-order any such goods then we will inform you (by email) and they will be deemed cancelled from your order.
Damaged/faulty goods:- If you receive goods that can be reasonably considered as damaged or faulty on-arrival then you must inform us (by email) within 3 days from receipt of such goods. Unless explicitly instructed by ourselves at the time we shall require you to return the goods to us. Subject to availability we will replace such goods.
Right to reject goods:- You may reject goods received within 3 days of delivery to you and any such rejection must be made by you in writing (by email). You are required to return such rejected goods to us and you will pay the cost of returning the goods. Such rejected goods must be returned in resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
Return of goods:- Goods must be returned only with our prior consent (by email). You will be expected to return goods in its original packaging by the method as instructed and it should be reasonably evident that you have taken proper care of such goods whilst in your possession.
Refunds:- We refund monies-paid for goods in approved cases (as per above) where you have taken the option to cancel or reject such goods. Any refund due will be dealt with within 30 days of notification from ourselves that a refund is applicable. Refunds will only be paid to the actual person or business that originally paid for the goods.
Guarantees:- We guarantee goods sold as new on the same bases of guarantee as provided by our suppliers up to a maximum period of 12 months from despatch date. Should you consider that a fault arises due to a defect of manufacture then you must inform us in writing (by email). Note that normal wear-and-tear or misuse do not constitute a fault. You may be required to return the goods to us for inspection. In the event that there is no dispute then we will normally arrange for a replacement.
Disclaimers:- We reserve the right to reject an order for goods but this would not be done without good cause. Goods are sold without any acceptance of fitness-for-purpose beyond the purposes for which the goods are described. We accept no consequential liabilities whatsoever in the event of any failure to supply goods. We do not accept any consequential liability whatsoever arising from the use or misuse or failure of any goods.
Retention of title:- We retain full title to any goods until they have been paid-for in full.
Method of communications:- Our normal practice is to communicate with customers by email and this method is accepted by all parties as a satisfactory basis of communication.
Interpretation:- These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of England and Wales.
